Prepare the Artwork

Download the engraving files and adjust the artwork accordingly.

Mask your bottle with tape and Insert the material into the laser. We used masking tape because it can help dissipate heat, reduce fracturing, and produce a smoother finish on glass. If you’re doing a large production run of bottles, you might considering making a jig to hold all of them in place. To learn more about creating jigs, visit our Knowledge Base.

Send to the Laser

Once you’ve customized your graphics, place the bottle(s) in the laser, send the job, and press GO!The laser will engrave through the tape, so once the job is finished, removed the remaining tape and you’re all set.
