Engraving Multiple Glasses at One Time

We opted not to use the rotary with these glasses and instead, using putty, we adhered the glasses onto wooden pen jigs. By utilizing the 4-inch lens, we were able to fill the entire bed and laser engrave our pint and shot glasses. Once you have modified the artwork to your liking, it’s time to engrave. place the glasses in the laser and send the job over! If you aren’t sure your graphic will appear where you want, you can simply draw a vector box around your design and send only the vector job to the laser. Remember to run it with the lid open and red dot pointer on, so you can get a visual indicator of just where the laser will fire.

Since the shot glasses are square, we were able to engrave a table full of them without using the rotary either. We used the same process and settings as we did for the pint glasses, though we didn’t need any special materials to hold the glasses in place.
